I’m Susana Blaya, a trilingual freelance journalist based in the UK with over 10 years of experience in international reporting, visual journalism and factual storytelling.
From political coverage in Scotland to cultural features across Europe and Latin America, I help newsrooms and production companies deliver compelling stories that cross borders and connect with global audiences.
I currently report for Agencia EFE as their Scotland correspondent and contribute business features to L’Express magazine. I’ve also collaborated with Antena 3, RTVE and independent documentary producers in Madrid, Lisbon and Glasgow.
